The right photo appears to show Betsy Higgins Headley Garr with her sister Frances Carter Headley Carruth, and two older women who could be their aunts. Though it doesn't say for sure, the woman seated on the right looks like Sally Higgins McElroy, an aunt Betsy was close with. The other woman is unidentified, but two of Betsy and Frances' other Higgins aunts were still alive in 1934, Mary Higgins Rodes and Anna Louisa Higgins Smith, and it could be one of them.
